No.  Our shop is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 142A Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead Point, Auckland 0626


Do I pre-order my requests?

Yes you can pre-order anything you view in the fresh flowers category of our website. Please place your order 1 day prior to your nominated delivery date/day. This ensures the freshest of blooms hand picked specifically for your order requirements.


What days do you operate for delivery/pick up?

We operate Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Please nominate your preferred day at time of ordering. Please note: we do not operate on public holiday’s, over Christmas and New Year. Any additional information re: special events that come up during the floral calendar year, we will remind you in advance.


What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to the Auckland area only for our fresh flower orders. Please notify us if your order is for a business address to ensure it reaches the recipient within their business hours. Delivery is a flat rate of $10 click here for delivery map

Please note: Anything outside the purple area on the map is considered rural and will be $15 and above. Please contact me to confirm.

What if nobody is at home?

Our floral courier will always do their best to leave your order in a secure covered spot at the property. Please let us know if there are any special delivery instructions at time of ordering.


Do you deliver outside of Auckland and or New Zealand?

Auckland only.


Can I pick my order up?

Yes you can pick up your website order from our shop in Birkenhead on our operating days of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Please nominate your preferred day when placing your order and contact us with your time request to ensure we have it ready.


Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes we can do weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Please contact us for more information about signing up for this service.


What payments do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal. Our secure credit card facility is provided by PayPal. who are an independent, PCI DSS compliant payment processor who securely manage and process credit card payments for us. We do not see or store your credit card details at any point.

#PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via credit card.


Can I pay on pick up?

Yes we have eftpos, credit card or cash. You can view your selections from our website and simply email, phone or text your order details nominating your preference to pay on pick up.


Can I make a custom order?

Anything that is not part of our fresh flowers category on our website is considered as a custom order. You can contact us direct and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements subject to product availability and time allocation for your order.


How will my order be packaged?

At Botanics, all our flower orders leave with a sufficient water pack to ensure freshness upon delivery. Breakable items will have protective layers added for their transit with the courier. Our Vintage vessels are packaged with utmost care. They will be wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and in a carrier bag - PLEASE NOTE: as these vessels are pre-loved, they may display some imperfections relevant to their age, therefore they will be non refundable. 


What type of courier do you send your products with?

We only use floral couriers who are very experienced in transporting these items.


Can I send a message card with my order?

Yes we have complimentary Botanics gift cards or should you require a special greeting card, you can purchase from our card range displayed on our website.


What quality can I expect from Botanics?

We only use the highest grade, longest lasting flowers and quality. We pride ourselves on attention to detail  to ensure that the recipient will be blown away when receiving Botanics flowers and products.
